An editorial
system.
An illustrative case about a content website’s structure. This is not work for a real client.
Case-study template demonstrationIllustrative context
An editorial team covers several topics in two languages. Visitors need to find an article quickly and then read without distraction. The illustrative brief demonstrates the case-study format; it does not claim client work.
Constraints and role
This demonstration considers information architecture and interface design. It makes no claims about actual deadlines, budget, team or the author’s role.
Proposed approach
Separate article pages, topic archives, a controlled tag vocabulary and reciprocal language links. The homepage gives priority to writing; article pages use a calm reading column.
How to evaluate it
A real case would need observations: can readers find a text, understand the translation link and keep context after searching? No metrics, testimonials or outcomes are supplied because no study was conducted.
